How to address drop rates of all bosses

One of the largest complaints about this game is the drop rates of boss cards, especially during events and wandering bosses. Every event there are those players that have 8 boss cards in 200 fights or less and others that have zero from the same number of battles. This creates a large problem when the same players are getting bad luck event after event and is probably one of the leading causes to leave this game. I feel like there is an easy fix that still keeps it feeling the same, but with some guaranteed drops as well. It would satisfy a lot of players, to know that battle after battle without a boss card drop is not without purpose.

    The Fix:
Create a counter behind the scenes (in the code) that tracks boss kills. Once a certain threshold has been met, a card drops guaranteed. Lets use 50 as an example. Is a player fights and defeats the boss 50 times without a card drop, the counter reads 50 and drops a card for the player. Counter resets back to 0. If the player gets lucky and gets a drop sooner than 50, great, counter resets. This allows lucky players to still be lucky but doesn't punish unlucky players and force them into quitting. With this method, an unlucky player will get 8 boss cards in 400 fights. That seems decent. Maybe Gaea wants more grinding, and could make it 75 or 100.

The key here is allowing luck to still occur, but reducing the frustration of the unlucky.
