    How to change your Password outside of the game

    Citizens of Atlantis,

    We developed a new tool for you to be able to change your password while outside of the game. You can also use it if you forget your password.

    Please go to https://mobilegame.gaeamobile.com to use it! Do not use any other previous tool you were used to, those have no effect anymore! Only this new website is available from now on!

    Here are a few tips on how to proceed:

    1. This tool can be used for those 4 games at the moment.

    2. You can use the "Forgot Password?" feature in the top right corner if you need.

    a. This will lead you to this menu:

    b. Type your email and the verification code and click on "Reset Password" to receive an email that will allow you to reset your password:

    c. Click on the link to go to the reset password page:
    (Remember that password needs to be between 7 and 20 digits, letters or a combination of both)

    d. And you are all set!

    e. What if the email linked to the game is a fake one, how can I reset my password?
    You need to contact the customer service with the in-game function, or at doacs@gaea.zendesk.com with the following information so we can update your email to a real one:
    - User ID, the one found in the settings of the game
    - If you cannot find your User ID, please provide your in-game name and server
    - A new email address, so we can link that new address to your account
    - Some information about your account, in order for us to make sure of the ownership of the account (Date of account creation, date of last login, date of last purchases of Rubies + screenshots of purchase confirmation sent by Apple/Google). The more, the better!

    3. You can log in using your game credentials.

    a. Then you can click on Settings to access this menu:

    - USERID is an ID shared by all of our games. IT IS NOT the User ID you can see when checking the settings in the game. You can just ignore that ID.
    - EMAIL is self-explanatory. It is the email linked to your account. (If it is a fake email, please check section 2-e of this post)

    b. You can click on "Update Password" to modify your game password:
    (Remember that password needs to be between 7 and 20 digits, letters or a combination of both)

    c. You are all set and ready to play!

    Question DoA on my other ipad

    This morning was a maintenance. I didnt knop iT. I could not login so I installed the app again. Normally They ask if you want to go to Your existing realms. Not this time. Now I cant find my realms anymore. UserID 4713234 realmID 87 and 244. Please tell me what to do. Playnames Karvandor and Kiran.

    EMAIL ERROR HOW TO GUIDE

    First Step:
    Please try your previous passwords to check if you can connect with one of them.

    Second Step:
    If it did not work, please go to https://mobilegame.gaeamobile.com/

    1. Please use the Forgot password feature: this will correct most of the accounts that you have lost access to. Check your inbox and your spam folder, even if you are getting incorrect email address, and you will be able to rester your password.

    2. If the Forgot password function did not work, you will need to contact the Customer Service (doacs@gaea.zendesk.com).

    3. If the email address linked to your account is a fake or you no longer have access to it, please contact the Customer Service. You will need to change the email address the account is linked to, so be prepared to provide them with a new email that has never been used for any Kabam or Gaea games (EVD HOC KBN).

    4. If you can login and it takes you to a wrong city: You will need to contact the Customer Service. You will need to clearly tell them which account is the right one and which is the wrong one. Use the accounts UIDs if you can get a hold of both otherwise use the exact spelling including fancy lettering of your in-game name and server. You will need to provide a brand new email address that has never been used for any Kabam or Gaea games (EVD HOC KBN) and remind the Customer Service that the email is brand new and was never linked before.

    I suggest you to contact the Customer Service. Your issue is this one:

    Please follow those instructions when contacting the CS
