NA forums vs EU forums

The difference between the two forums has just become staggering. The EU forums has lots of active threads with mods participating while the NA forum is thread after thread of players asking for mod responses and not getting them. Can we please get an update on what is going on with the NA forums? And when/if we can expect to see improvement? Players are going to the EU forums and asking those mods to ask the NA mods to wake up. We see feature after feature pop up in EU forum with no indication whether this stuff will apply to us. This is very confusing. We can see the threads right there at the bottom so it would be nice to know how they might affect us.

For years the EU people didn't get the attention we deserved. We had a lot of complaints without any reaction from Kabam
Many times we did do what you do at the moment: Ask for help in de english/US section. And very often the question was deleted or moved back to EU-subforum.

Some worlds, mainly the Dutch world Ector123, did try to combine a lot of people outside KoC. We communicate very often with each other. We discuss things to improve the game. Some of us are the speaksman of our world.
And since a few weeks Kabam is improving the EU section a little little bit. Great news for us. But do understand we needed to wait for a very very long time.
And in game we don't see a lot of improvement yet. Mostly it's just in the pipeline.

I do believe they want to improve and they really try, but don't think everything is just great in the EU worlds. Come to play... you will notice our problems...

Mods and players won't always agree, but when you have active mods like ganstack trying to make the game better there is hope...

NA servers don't have that. The game is being severely neglected on our side and it makes me wonder why NA and EU are separate. You shouldn't of had to wait for a "very very long time" and frankly neither should we.

Hi guys,

we understand your concerns and we will be addressing the issue as best we can.

We are looking to get both regions closer in line in order to provide the same gaming experience to all our players.
That day is getting closer and closer, so everything should soon be an issue of the past.

That's good news. Today is a great example of the issue. New season 5 gear is posted on EU forum and nothing is on the NA forum. Does this update apply to NA season 5 gear? This is an important change that I think the NA mods would want to announce ASAP since there has been much player concern on this issue. However, we are left to guess at this point. Also the new gear stats look designed to complement sun fury gear which makes sense for EU. however, NA doesn't have sun fury so if these new gears are right defense will have a big advantage for awhile. Hopefully this gets straighten out in good order.
