you will see that many players have gotten banned without violating any rules and that kabam has closed and/or removed all their complaints about this.
You will also notice the advice from many players to never spend and money at all on this game because it is run poorly and you might loose your account.
after loosing your account which by this point is pretty much certain to happen sooner or later, they will not give you a reason or reply to your complaints. they will not acknowledge you were a paying customer who lost money and time on this and will try to silence you with bans and blocks so that others will not find out what happened to you.
