Now it's been 2 days still unable to log in and I'm missing all the tournaments and my daily rewards how come this is not fixed yet?

Ticket number 412169 I can't log into game updates the first 2 of 3 updates won't do the last update and crashes I've uninstalled and reinstalled and still no change how can we fix this?

Need help as my game freezes within 25seconds of logging in. Restarted the game and reinstalled, still same. Using iPhone iOS system latest version.
All went wrong when Gaea credited my gems the other night!..ticket number is 407511. Missing loads of qualifying comps due to this.
